How cancellation works

Three stages. Know where you stand.

Working hours only - email info@apostilleonlineindia.com with your order number.

Within 2 hours - full cancel Place any order and you can cancel within 2 hours (working hours) by emailing us at info@apostilleonlineindia.com along with your order number.

After 2 hours - we will try If you cancel after two hours, still email us - we may try to cancel it if it has not been assigned to our translators. No guarantee, but we try.
Tip: The earlier you email, the higher the chance - before assignment to translators / MEA.

After MEA submission - cannot cancel If you ask us to cancel after your document is processed and submitted to MEA for apostille, then it cannot be cancelled. Government fee and handling already incurred.

Refund timing

Refund in 2 - 3 business days

We will issue the refund within 2 - 3 business days directly in your source account. For example, if you paid through Credit card or bank account, the refunded amount will be credited to the card or account you used for payment.

Draft approval

We email the draft first

Before delivering final documents we email the draft to you so that you can check and approve the document to finalize. Check spellings, details and translation.

  • You receive scanned draft by email
  • Approve or request correction
  • Only then hard copy is finalized
